How important is it to you what you look?

In terms of appearance etc

I'm going through a 'cant be fucked' stage. I'm in my mid 40s and had another tattoo done 6 months ago & will get another one in the spring. I live in jeans, t shirts & Adidas trainers (this has been my wardrobe since my 20s) Obviously if I'm going out to dinner or somewhere nice I'll make an effort, but other than that, what you see is what you get.
