l don’t know what’s happening, l never listen, but I’m sick to the teeth of it.

I think they’re inundated 😂 everyone is sick to death of it so they’re probably getting 100 thread reports a second to move threads.

I'm so fed up with it all. They live a life of extraordinary privilege and wealth and still they manage to moan about it all. We shouldn't simply dismantle the whole institution and then it will go away for good. And all the money that's used to fund their privilege, massive properties and priceless possessions can be redistributed to people who really need it, to sort out the NHS, our education system and the government debt book post-pandemic. They annoy me so much

It's taking headline news which should be telling us about the state of the country. The right wing press are taking people's minds off the real issues. There's people dying because the NHS is collapsing FFS!!!!!

Because of the amount of clicks and therefore advertising revenue it generates. If people weren’t reading about it they wouldn’t write about it.

If you really haven't been following it, the ruckus at the moment is because Prince Harry's autobiography is due for worldwide release on Tuesday the 10th.

In addition to all of the crap antics skint authors usually do to ramp up interest and sales in the last weeks pre-release, there was also an alleged by a bookshop in Spain accidentally putting the Spanish-language edition of the book out for sale early. Now the DM and The Guardian, having "obtained a copy" and sat up all night Google-Translating "...y luego el puma me abofeteó el trasero y me llamó semental de mal gusto..." whilst slurping alcopops through a straw, are duelling it out over "shocking" revelations - ably abetted by an army of Twitterati merrily making up their own completely fake Harry reveals.

It's a slow news week as well, globally - mayhem in Mexico, ongoing public brawl in the US House of Representatives, Putin breaks his own fake ceasefire, China sabre-rattles at the US over Taiwan. That's about it. Whatever other stuff is happening in the UK isn't even "news" at this point, Harry or no Harry. Why none of that is reported or examined is its own question.

But the frenzy should die down next week, when the actual book is out and the masses are back to smugly saying they won't pay for it and therefore can't possibly read it.
