I’ve just woken up and had one of my new coffees. Still in my PJ’s browsing mumsnet.

DS is awake and in his room playing his new Xbox game.

Planning a lazy morning, a walk this afternoon and then to my mums for games and leftovers.

I think I prefer Boxing Day to Christmas Day, it’s much more relaxed.

I had a great time at my best friends house, came home to watch the final of the traitors but I'm too tired. Planning an extremely lazy Tuesday!

Breakfast at hotel then saw DS in hospital then went to Horsey beach and saw the Seals and then back home.

We stayed in Walsingham when our DD was 4. We went to Horsey beach, DD was very confused, wondering where the horse was!

We had a family round for a buffet and basically just slobber after a busy Xmas eve and Xmas day it was amazing!
Today we are going out for a long dog walk we all need to blow the cobwebs away.

Just waiting for the washer to finish so I can hang the washing, then get dressed. It's dd2's 13th birthday tomorrow so I have her cake to sort which shouldn't take too long.

The rest of the day is probably pick at leftovers/chill/do whatever we want, so I may get out my new paints and brushes to try out, or I may crochet the afternoon away. I have a project on the go that I'm not enjoying any more but dd1 has asked me to finish it, for her, so I will.

Not a clue what anyone else wants to do atm, they're still in bed 🤷‍♀️

Currently we are just getting things ready for going to Paris for New Year, will stay with MIL who we've not been able to see for a couple of years due to covid / cancer /asd child etc.

We had snow last night and we have some more now, so we spent the morning in the snow, our daughters first ever snowday. We’re due rain later, so it won’t last for long.

We’re all warmed up now, so we’re watching pokemon detective pikachu over hot chocolate.

its been stormy here. Still not eased off. Went shopping this morning, got a few bits For next Christmas in Next.

then home, played board games now tea. Jacket potatoes with cheese (in the airfryer), coleslaw and Christmas ham.

back to work tomorrow! Really can’t wait!
