And at what point do you put the heating on?
Feels like I’ve run up a small fortune on my gas this week, trying to encourage everyone to wear jumpers, fluffy socks etc but still nippy!

I have to a certain extent. If I get chilly I put a hat, fingerless gloves and woolly socks on.
I wouldn't cope if I didn't have my oil fired radiator.

Good to know. I've got some fingerless gloves and ski socks in so I might look for a hat top for wfh days. I've been using vests and tights for layering but contemplating getting something thermal.

11°c, like most years. Hitting me harder this year for some reason, chest hurts and feel nauseous so not eating much.

And no, I can't afford to heat at all.

Sorry for starting another temp thread, I’ve not been on mumsnet much so hadn’t noticed others.
my thermostat is set to 18 but even that doesn’t feel really warm, we have an extension for the bathroom and it is like the Arctic in the middle of the night in there!
weather looks set to warm up by the end of this week though so hopefully that will help a bit

19.5c all the time, including at night. Both DH and I are slowly recovering from Covid (it’s been over two weeks). Our chests are sore and we’re still a bit breathless. We kept it to 19c before we started with that (18.5 overnight), but it’s important that the air feels warm now. I’ll see if it feels okay at 19c when we’re both recovered (I feel the cold more than he does).

18c because of warmer weather and a few hours of heating. This is the warmest it's been in a while. I'm sick of my hands being blocks of ice tbh.
