Am I just knackered or is there a ghost of a line?

I know, I know, I need to wait a couple of days and do another test, but anyone who has been on the IVF rollercoaster knows that many of us take leave of our senses in the two-week-wait!

As my tests have just been delivered, I had an impulse to try one, even though it's only 4 days after embryo transfer (5 day blast). It's not my first pee of the day either. But I'm sure I can see the ghost of a line?

For transparency I'm going to add at this point that after 4 cycles of IVF we were lucky enough to have our little girl. This is our last embryo and if it doesn't work, we know how lucky we are to be parents at all. It would be like winning the lottery twice!

But . . . maybe it's possible?

Defo a nice positive. I saw something in the first but didn't say as I often am wrong but wanted to send u good wishes.

Just popping back to post as I know from
obsessively combing other threads that it's useful to see an update - I'm now 11 days post-embryo transfer and happily still getting clear positives. I phoned the clinic today and they've booked me in for the viability scan on 3rd Jan, so for now, I'm going to try to enjoy being pregnant and not worry too much about things going wrong or fading away. I know it's such early, early days, and so many pregnancies end prematurely, but maybe we'll be lucky. I feel happy and optimistic and that's pretty wonderful!

To everyone else going through this process I wish you so much luck - it's blimmin' hard. Every day is a marathon!

@Didjesuspoop how lovely of you to ask! I'm currently 7 weeks, 4 days and we saw a beautiful little baby with a perfect heartbeat at the viability scan on Tuesday! I can't believe it - I feel so incredibly grateful and lucky, especially since I had on-and-off bleeding for a few days around Christmas; absolutely thought it was game over.

I've just read through the thread again and it gave me the warm-and-fuzzies!

Congratulations! It's so nice to read your update. I have also had a 5-day blast implant and am hoping for baby #2. Have had 2 positive blood tests and get my US next week.
