M&S Sparks 12 Days of Christmas

So today is the first day of the M&S 12 Days of Christmas Advent rewards on the app.
What have you got?
I've got a free M&S Tea Light Up Lantern - looks lovely but I don't drink tea. But it is free... tricky! It does say I have 11 days to use though, which is good.

I LOVE my free marmalade gin. And free mini bites.

I shop in M&S daily cos I live next door, but never use the sparks cos I hate those flappy self pay tills and want to get out of there soonest - no thanks to jumping an extra hoop.

If you’re in London, M&S is no hassle compared to everywhere else. Staff are human, speak and know where things live; the collect service is fast and works; these days a lot of basics are cheaper than Sainsbury’s.

I was practically hanged in The Tower of London for not producing the exact correct ID to collect a dress in Waitrose. The store supervisor repeated ‘I don’t know who you are’ for 35 minutes in a Beckettian drone with my phone and wallet splayed out in front of her and only 200 other goggling customers. I can’t be arsed with John Lewis. They ‘suspected fraud’ rather too performatively for the average lunch hour.

Got several bottles of decent wine reduced to a fiver in M&S the other day too. Most acceptable.

I picked up my free dip and bought some other items

I won a £5 gift voucher in the prize drawer. Happy with that

I also got £5 voucher in prize draw. It made up for everything else being shit

I didnt get anything in the prize draw.

Perhaps it would have been better if they put the prize gifts and cash into the 12 days of Xmas scheme to make that more attractive. They could do say 1,000 £10 gift cards and give loads more light up spirit bottles as part of the 12 days.
