M&S Sparks 12 Days of Christmas

So today is the first day of the M&S 12 Days of Christmas Advent rewards on the app.
What have you got?
I've got a free M&S Tea Light Up Lantern - looks lovely but I don't drink tea. But it is free... tricky! It does say I have 11 days to use though, which is good.

Free Colin The Caterpillar biscuits. Went to get them but none in stock. Similar to last year when I couldn't get my Christmas Lights offer.

People get the offers on different dates. Lots of people probably got the free biscuits offer during the last few days, so there are none left for the people who got the offer today. It sucks really, they should try to have enough to cover the number of people they’ve given the freebie to!

15% off Christmas pudding today. Got a free lip balm a couple of days ago and just happened to be near a large M&S to pick it up. Still waiting on free biscuits.......

Is anyone else's app not showing them their offers? I click on "open today's door" and it just takes me to the Sparks page without doing anything.

I've got today's "offer" on their website (15% of Christmas cake - yippee), but I can't see it on the app. It says I have 4 offers added, but I can only see one (£2 off a build your own gingerbreak christmas tree).

I have that on the app but if you go back to the home page and click on it again, it should take you to the door opening page.

I have been suckered in to using more than one of the discounts. Let's face it, you can always easily return things to M&S and I have been looking to replace a couple of things. Obviously there's some sort of algorithm at play in terms of who gets what when, but I do also wonder if they tailor what you get later in the 12 days depending on what you use/how you interact. The freebie on day 1 is just a ploy to get you into store.

I did actually use my 20% off some Christmas biscuits today, but I really noticed how much the biscuits have gone up from last Christmas!

I was shocked at how expensive tins of Markies biscuits are this year. A tin of shortbread is £7.00 compared to £5.00 last year.

So far I’ve had the mini panettone and discounts I haven’t used.

DH had a bag of chocolate coins and the same discounts.

I’m going to assume we’ve had our free stuff.

I’m having a similar problem. Can never open the “ today’s door” & can’t even access any of my offers. In fact the app is a waste of time for me at the moment. An assistant in store, when I bought something yesterday, showed me how it worked on her phone, but mine still wouldn’t access any offers or doors.

10% off plants and flowers, no thanks. Discounts only here which I won't use as their all geared to Christmas stuff which I'm not interested in. I have got a free room spray to pick up but I'm sure they'll have sold out by the time I go. No local branch.
