Ooh. I don't think mine was a word. I think it's half of a longer word and not even an abbreviation!

Sorry I'm reading the thread from the bottom up hence delayed reactions

The word I had today could well be a starter word. The word @NoNameNowAgain sent me was one I had earlier in the week and I actually commented it was a random collection of letters. So it’s definitely two words today.

Interesting @Peridot1 I had the random letters one. Dying to see what the other is later.

Well I’ve gone back through the last thread and the word @NoNameNowAgain sent me for today was one I had on the 11th. And might explain why I felt quite stupid that day as others seemed to get it easily.

Also I can’t be 100% sure but the word I had today was one I vaguely remember having before.

@Peridot1 what word did you have yesterday? I was confused when you said you weren’t sure it was a word until the letters went green as mine was THERE…!

I had there yesterday.

but I just went back on to check my stats and it’s bloody reset my streak despite me getting it right today.

I refuse to believe anyone uses todays word as a starter. What would be the point?

I have just looked up a website which gives Wordle answers by day and I don’t recognise any of the same words I have had since PINEY. None.

Wow. Did not expect this 3rd guess to be correct was just playing around with letters. Tough word.

I have just registered for a NY account and it brings up my game for today and the word I had had as correct is now not correct. How weird is that.

Wordle keeps suggesting I sign up for free account but I can't work out how. Are you in UK or USA?
The sign up link just asks me to Sign in when cobviously I can't...

A bit earlier I accidentally opened the Wordle tab on my laptop and it looked really weird. Totally different font and noticeably smaller. It's back to normal now, but maybe something strange is going on behind the scenes.

Write down the earlier correct word (and the second correct word if you resolve it) so that we can discuss tomorrow.
I can never remember yesterday's word either!
