I only ever drink it in the winter and now it’s suddenly cold, dark and wet, I have a craving for it and just opened a bottle! Very nice too 😀

No I don't drink but I've lit my Christmas candle.

I make my own...all year round.

To be quite honest I love it so much I have to limit it to having it at home in Winter otherwise I'd happily polish off a bottle a week. I often have one in lieu of dessert in restaurants all year round though.

Cold on the rocks! A shot each of Campari, gin, and red vermouth, plenty of ice, a strip of satsuma peel, and (not original, but I prefer it) a little splosh of clementine tonic water...

After having a bottle break in the car, I never want to smell baileys again. The wonderful smell of going off cream lingers… forever.

It's more of a Christmas drink for me! Rather than generally for the winter. I'll probably crack open a bottle in about a months' time. Delicious stuff.

No, but I've started hoying a splash of amaretto in any coffee I have after 11am on non working days (don't worry, I don't drive!)

Yes! £13 for a litre in Asda. It's had a hammering this weekend, lovely in the cold weather.

I have never tried baileys but it looks like it could be nice… What’s the best way to drink it? Is it a drink that needs a mixer or is it to just drink on its own? 🤔

Bought my £13 bottle from Sainsbury’s this weekend. I only drink it around Christmas when everyone has gone to bed and peace finally reigns. I have it with ice and always having a salty accompaniment to balance out the sweetness. I particularly recommend salted peanuts or salt and vinegar crisps.

Why so serious? 😆 Tbf though it doesn't pair well with sunshine and bbq's. I admire baileys which is why I have not bought any yet. I wound just drink it. I like to have it while wrapping the Xmas presents.

Just on its own - I don't even have ice (makes it watery at the end, even if you drink it as quick as I do) and you waste precious ml stuck to the ice 😆. Also tasty on layered shots but I'm too lightweight for those these days!

I like it over vanilla haagen dazs with a shot of espresso. We have had a litre bottle so far this month .

First weekend of December is "The Beginning of Christmas" in our house. DD and I would start this in September but Dh does not agree.
This is the weekend we get the tree and decorations up and I start my day with a bowl of coco pops mixed with a splash of baileys. Coco pops and Baileys purchased especially for the occasion.

Every year DH raises his eyebrows at me but I remind him he knew about this well before he proposed so can't complain.
The baileys is then finished over the nights leading up to Christmas, either poured over ice cubes, or with a splash of cold milk (summer Christmas) as we try to convince ourselves to wrap presents ahead of Christmas Eve for once.

I have it with just one ice cube.

Yes!!! I’ve drunk nearly a litre in a week 🙈. Have it over lots of ice.

Cos it's only on offer in the supermarkets for two months in the lead up to Christmas. And as nice as it is, I'm not spending 22 flipping quid on it a time!

Not because I drink so bloody much of the stuff in the six weeks before Christmas that I'm sick to the back teeth of it and I need 10 months to decide I like it again.
