The outside is cute, the interior is totally hideous, and the price is insane! Not for me, but I can see a single person loving it, or a very close couple.

How bizarre that they built such a tiny ‘replica’ in the 90s. The end of the bed is up against the wood burner. Why go to such expense and not make it more practical?

And as for £650k and the bathroom is downstairs…

It does look like fairies would live at the bottom of the garden. I think I would be blocking up one of the doors and making that second living room into a bedroom.

The 'summer house' would be my project room / studio because if I lived there I would have to be an artist of some type.

I’ve seen rather smaller so-called ‘cottages’* not far from here (SWLondon) selling for not much less.
*Tiny terraced houses, no more than 55 sq m.

Very cute and quirky. But the estate agent says in the video that the replica cottage in the garden could be used for guests and for 'sleepovers for the children'. What children? Certainly not the friends of the children who live there. Because there's only one bedroom, so no room for children to live there!

Not crazy about those multicoloured stairs which look as if they were done on the cheap with off cuts. But if I was single, without DC and loaded, I'd buy it (and do something about those stairs - most of the decor in fact.)

God its AWFUL!!!! Manky carpets, dark interiors, small windows, low celings....I guess its a good thing we all like different things!! I would get claustrophobic in there but each to their own I guess...
