Yes Gove could work there, but god the man is hard to stomach,

sunak is literally firing them one after the other. They are just lining up to be fired now.

Notable absence so far?

Coffey in health.

And obviously the big three of Hunt, Cleverly and Wallace.

Fushiadreams · 25/10/2022 14:32

Rumours surfacing raab is indeed going to justice.,,and yes some noticeable absences…cleverly is being a bit desperate.

noblegiraffe · 25/10/2022 14:33

Cannot imagine moving Wallace when he is so popular there (and could have stood for PM but didn't).

Someone just messaged that they’d heard Rishi Sunak wanted to make his campaign manager Oliver Dowden chancellor. Said they’d heard can’t do that now- given the markets - but could still be a bigger reshuffle in January. It’s rumour- but from folk well connected!

Interesting...

Fushiadreams · 25/10/2022 14:35

Braverman rumoured to be defo getting a cabinet role.

it’s like a game of whack a mole

Fushiadreams · 25/10/2022 14:36

Yup Simon Clarke out too

TokyoSushi · 25/10/2022 14:37

Ah I quite liked Simon Clarke

TokyoSushi · 25/10/2022 14:37

Obvs saving the big ones until last!

TokyoSushi · 25/10/2022 14:39

Oh, Sunak now on his way back to No 10, what's he doing with Coffey then?!

TokyoSushi · 25/10/2022 14:39

Must be shifting her somewhere (hopefully) but not out, out!

RedToothBrush · 25/10/2022 14:40

Simon Clarke levelling up gone.

Rishi returning to No10. So sounds like the firing squad over (but could be demotions yet)

noblegiraffe · 25/10/2022 14:42

This just put in my head the horrible idea of Braverman in education.

Who will Rishi Sunak have on his cabinet?
Fushiadreams · 25/10/2022 14:42

He’s fired 10 from what I can see. Busy day at rhe office…😝

noblegiraffe · 25/10/2022 14:44

He can't keep Coffey in health after her illegal drug dealing.

Surely he doesn't want her anywhere.

AutumnCrow · 25/10/2022 14:45

He's not going to put Mordaunt in Health or Education, is he?!

These posts need serious attention-to-detail Secretaries of State.

RedToothBrush · 25/10/2022 14:46

Alok Sharma to remain remains COP 27 secretary but will no longer attend Cabinet

Croque · 25/10/2022 14:47

Mordaunt is a liability - they never seem to be able to justify her exclusion.

RedToothBrush · 25/10/2022 14:47

Sorry typo. COP 26

RedToothBrush · 25/10/2022 14:51

Reuters reporting Hunt is staying put.

Gove apparently keen to finish the job in DLUHC... will he get the chance?

Interesting...

The National Security Bill going through Parliament will make the responsibility of those who keep our secrets clear.

Just tweeted. Suggests he is staying put too.

TokyoSushi · 25/10/2022 15:39

Raab arriving at Downing Street so getting something!

RedToothBrush · 25/10/2022 15:40

Dominic Raab first into No 10.
No word yet on posting.
