Which hot chocolate will make me like hot chocolate?

I dont like tea or coffee but really feel like I would like to at least like hot chocolate I feel like I'm missing out when all around seem to be walking around with nice warming hot drinks from Costa etc. I like chocolate so I should like hot chocolate shouldn't I? The only time I've had it as a child was some sort of powder mixed with boiling water and it pretty much just tasted like hot brown water. So where should I go/what should I buy to try to like hot chocolate?

Costas hot chocolate tastes nice but it’s always lukewarm. Really puts me off

I love the Hotel Chocolate ginger one for our velvetiser. DH's favourite is the Salted caramel.

Surprisingly, best hot chocolate anywhere is at McDonalds. Chocolatey all the way to the bottom, delicious

Costa have really nice hot chocolate at Christmas, their regular one is rubbish.
My favourite homemade is the white chocolate one from Whittards

Whittards white hot chocolate is elite. I don’t even like hot chocolate but that stuff is banging

Whittards is pretty good. Their Turkish Delight hot chocolate is nice.

We use a Belgian chocolate powder. But I don’t know what it is as my DH orders it online. Always made with milk; quite often we’ll have it with a measure or two of amaretto or other liqueur.

2 tsp of good quality cocoa powder, a satchet of vanilla sugar or a tsp of sugar and some vanilla essence, a small splash of coffee cream and fill the rest with hot milk while stirring.
