I hate him, I can’t watch him as he just pisses me off so much. He’s utterly full of himself and that oozes from him. That time he blocked traffic with a group to promote his new show, aye don’t worry that folk have places to be, I’d have run the bellend over.

Someone posted a story on here about him on an airplane and his wife with a baby strapped to her having to lift all bags in overhead locker while he sat by and I know anyone can write anything on here but it just rang true.

DB worked with Cilla on several occasions and always said she was a nightmare . Almost as bad as Lulu ……

I don’t know much about JC but have read/heard snippets here and there over the years.
I do remember watching that behind the scenes Gavin & Stacey programme that was on years ago and thinking on a couple of occasions that he came across as arrogant and up his own arse.

And there's the Corden - Patrick Stewart argument. Corden was acting bored by the whole event and Stewart called him out on it.

I lol’d at him acknowledging this one. Dude paid more attention to it than he does his wife and kid on a plane.

I don’t think the dislike of him is anything to do with snobbery, I’d say it’s got more to do with him being a relentless twat tbh.

The fact he’s known for liking a bit of Charlie, may explain his behaviour. I’ve also heard from people in the know that he’s not faithful at all and always feel sorry for his wife when I see her with him.

Nope. My friend is a cameraman who worked on his show. Cordon is atrocious. He shouts at the production staff and ignores junior staff or those he seems insignificant. He regularly yells at camera ops, floor managers, runners, assistants etc and is utterly up his own backside and thoroughly unpleasant.

Usually if you hear multiple rumours about a celebrity's behaviour there will be an element of truth in it since someone like him crosses paths with hundreds of people each week.

It was one of the reasons Her Majesty the Queen earned my respect even as a non-royalist - that despite the reputedly millions of Britons who'd met her and seen her up close over the years not one person ever witnessed bad behaviour, rudeness, snobbery or arrogance coming from her mouth.

Most of the backlash is coming from Americans. To them he has a cut glass English accent, to them he's chubby like they are. They don't have those snobberies. He's clearly just a massive, massive wanker.

He is a massive coke head but I will say that most semi famous people are. I’ve done a bit of agency babysitting over the years and I have worked at a few celeb parties, I’m usually pretty oblivious but trust me, the white stuff is everywhere!

I’ve always thought that he wasn’t acting playing Smithy. Smithy is a great character to watch but he’s an utter twat who is self obsessed, rude and obnoxious. We all know someone a bit like him which is probably why the series resonated as it did. But I wouldn’t want to be friends with Smithy

meh it's no different to addictions to food, smoking, weed,booze, gambling etc really. I am teetotal myself and am on strict diet due to bad medical condition so no addict but what people do in their own time is their own business. I've met plenty of bell ends who have no addictions either.

A result of being a smoker means you smell and might have a hacking cough.
