Every 8 weeks plus a full head of highlights.

I have a pixie cut so I do it myself.

Every year or two

Last time was a year ago which was just to straighten it up after growing out a buzz cut that I did at the start of the pandemic to grow in my grey, cut out old colour.
No plans to cut it. It's at arm pit length at the moment.
