Or lunch if you have your main meal on Sundays at lunchtime?
We usually have a roast as everyone likes it. Today Dh is fancying a stew but the dc won’t like it, and I’m fancying a pie but again dc wont like it! Not after a debate on the fussiness of the dc, just being nosey about what everyone else is having…

Beef and barley casserole simmering away in the slow cooker. Might make some Yorkshire puddings to go with it as it’s Sunday, followed by apple and peach crumble.

Roast chicken, pork and sage stuffing, DH's AMAZING home made roasties, yorkshires, Savoy cabbage, carrots and cauliflower cheese. Would be rice pudding for after but I've just caught the teenager scoffing it in the kitchen 🤦🏼‍♀️ so will have to be ice cream

Pork, crackling, roasties, swede and carrot mash, carrots for the dc, broccoli, green beans, Yorkshire puds and gravy.

Roast gammon, honey parsnips, cauliflower cheese, mange tout, roast potatoes and pigs in blankets.

Home made lamb saag 😋

Lasagne and homemade garlic bread. Although everyone but me is ill and in a bad mood so not sure why I'm bothering!

Italian meatballs, tomato sauce with mozzarella, tagliatelle, parmesan. The result of staring into the fridge for inspiration and finding minced beef and some rather good sausages. It'll make a change from a roast!

Spaghetti bolognese here. I’d love a roast but teen DD doesn’t like them and it’s not worth making one just for myself.

DD will have salmon pasta and peas and broccoli. I will have salmon, rice and broccoli because I'm on a miserable diet.

Slow roast belly pork, mashed potatoes, cabbage and gravy.

We had corned beef,mash,peas, carrots and cabbage.

We've just finished having a roast. We are off out this afternoon so had it early. We would usually have it at dinner time. I was so happy to see sprouts back in aldi again I ate far too many of them.

We’re currently having steak and Stilton baguettes with fried onions and skinny fries. We were meant to have steaks last night for dinner, but I felt a bit blergh so we saved them for today. Dc having pizza and chips.

I'm going to make a veggie chilli to have with baked sweet potatoes, I think. Guacamole, mango salsa and a green tomato salsa on the side.

It was a toss up between roast chicken, steak n sweet potatoes or venison pie.

Roast chicken, stuffing, pigs in blankets, roasties, celeriac + cavalo nero gratin and peas.
Apple pie and custard.

We don’t have set meals, but we never have a roast as we find them boring (please don’t hurt us!).

Today we’re having pizzas, we’ve made wholemeal dough this time, one is going to have spiced cauliflower, onions and okra, another BBQ sauce, peppers, onions, baby corn and jalepeno, I caved and allowed one to be made with dairy free cathedral city, so one is tomato sauce, ‘cheese’, mushrooms, olives and spinach.

I’ve made alioli dip for the crusts.

With melt in the middle chocolate pudding and ice cream for dessert! I can't wait!

Baked camembert , Italian deli meats, , pate, baguette. I'm feeling lazy. Am making a lentil and bacon soup for tomorrow though.
