We've just got a notice of our direct debit for the next 6 months. (We also got a refund since the last increase Confused). So DP wondered how we compared and I said I knew where to ask. Would anyone be happy in sharing the following?

Accommodation type:
Number of people:
Monthly cost of gas and/or electric:
Lifestyle factors:

If of interest, I'm in the Netherlands:

Accommodation type: 7 bedroom, 30 years old
No. of people: 2 adults, 3 kids under 6
Combined cost: Eur 405 per month
Lifestyle factors: Both WFH fulltime. We have a log burner which keeps costs down on energy bills.

Oh God, we're by far the worst on this thread!

6 bed detached Victorian - 3 stories.
3 people
Both adults WFH permanently
Direct Debit around £600

3 bed terrace (approx 60yo)
2 adults, 3 children
1 adult home all the time with 1 child home part time

We were paying £132 reduced to £65 for next 6m due to gov scheme, currently £600 in credit.

We are very stingy users. No dishwasher or tumble dryer. We turn EVERYTHING off at socket when not in use. Have all LED lightbulbs. House is well insulated and heating only goes on when it's very cold, will be a good few weeks yet before it goes on.
