Have you ever won something really exciting or won lots on the lottery?

I'm the world's most unlucky person but what about you guys? My friend one a kitchen uo to the value of £15k a few years ago and a girl in my town won her dream wedding. What have you won?

I won an Alton Towers season ticket as a teenager. That was pretty cool!

A 3ft tall pink toy rabbit (I definitely didn't want) a box of chocolate covered Brazil nuts (I don't like), and the winner in the Grand National office draw, 2 weeks after I started. I had been unemployed for months and I think they were disgusted that I didn't buy cakes for everyone.... It went on my rent.

Male hair straighteners at the school fair raffle...I marched straight up to my ex and presented them to him...he's bald!😂

I seem to win quite a lot of things - never any money/holidays/cars, all fairly small items so just fun stuff. I don’t know if I am ‘lucky’ or I just enter a lot! The first thing I ever won was a board game from a competition in Bunty so that sticks in my mind as exciting, the last thing I won was a signed poster from a theatre group we really like. Also books, food prizes, candles etc. One of the nicest prizes was a huge Lindt chocolate hamper in an Easter treasure hunt thing we used to do as a family every year.

I won a wine tasting in a Facebook "like and share competition"... was hilarious but we were like patsy and Eddie in Ab Fab

Years ago, all expenses trip to a European city plus £250 of goods from the department store that ran the competition. I was sensible and bought luxury towels and a Le Creuset dish and I have them still to this day! I was tempted to splurge on a pair of boots but so glad I didn't now.

In 2006 DS (age 6) won a PS 2 in a competition in a comic I had bought him in the supermarket.

A. Years supply of Carling Black Label for writing a limerick in the mid 90’s Their idea of a years supply was a case of 24 500ml cans a week (delivered in 4 deliveries) Pretty outrageous as that equated to over 3 cans a day for year. Waaaay past the safe drinking limits!

i don’t like beer, and my DH would drink a couple of beers at the weekend.

Neighbours we’re regularly given cases, we would take it to parties. The dustmen/ladies were given loads at Christmas.

1248 is an awful lot of cans…

Dh won a trip to the Pro Bowl in Hawaii - it was awesome!

When I was about 10 I won a set of books, it was a competition to design a front cover for one of the titles, I was chuffed to bits.
Through work 20 years ago I won a place on a familiarisation trip to Disney World, it was the most amazing trip

A TV in a raffle.
A bottle of Vodka in the local quiz.
£50 on a scratchcard - put into perspective when friends of ours then won £50,000 on a scratchcard!
A signed book from one of my favourite authors.

I won a weekend stay at Amberley Castle Hotel in 1993. Best th8ng I've ever won.
Room had a jacuzzi bath and DH put in bubble bath.

I won a trip on Concorde - it was a staff competition that I didn’t know I was entered for. I was only 18 at the time and hadn’t flown before - I hated it and still don’t like flying now

I won the jackpot on the bingo on the last night on a cruise ship. Got three marriage proposals that evening!!!

Only thing I’ve ever won was 5 sticks of rock that had been re-donated for years in a raffle and a giant (2 foot tall) Easter egg that we had to use a hammer to crack it open and it tasted foul-I’d only entered it due to the kids nagging me-even they refused to eat it
my brother however,no matter what the comp or the prize,he will always win it
it got to the point where he was asked not to enter certain ones just to give others a chance
oddly he never goes for the ‘good’ comps-just the shitty school fete type ones-last year he won a nice bottle of whiskey
he hates whiskey…

I won £500 for writing a slogan in a competition! If forgotten that I entered it and when the company called me up I thought they were trying to scam me!

I'm incredibly unlucky.
I am pretty much always one number away from a win on a raffle ticket or one number away from a win at bingo (not that I go frequently). I have won a print at a school fundraiser raffle which is lovely.

Otherwise...no. I don't win anything.

My 3 biggest wins have been £10,500 on The Chase, £998 at bingo and a 50cc motorbike from CD:UK when I was 18. 🙂

A pasta bowl set from one of the "Women's " magazines in the 1990's...to be fair I'm still using what's left of it!!

My mum won a week in New York for 2 at bingo once!

£1075 for getting 5 numbers on the lotto back in 2014

I won a car a few years ago, the woman running the competition told me they had 80,000 entries!

Won a few other bits and pieces - gift cards, drinks, etc. But I did spend six months or so entering competitions religiously, at least 20 a day.
