L - cheese and tomato in a brown roll with some popped crisps and one of my sons yoghurts

D - chicken and whole meal pasta with green beans, brocolli, lemon and Philadelphia garlic and herbs 😋 followed by 2 rich teas

Super unhealthily i have had:

B - 2 handfuls of heroes chocolates and 3 white coffees

L - a morrisons sausage roll

D - mushroom stroganoff and rice

Snacks - 8 custard creams

Dont normally eat this badly though!

Toasted rye bread with butter. Pot of tea.

Leftover tomato, cucumber, and red onion salad; whole wheat pita with plain hummus. Can of lime flavoured fizzy water.

Dinner will be whole wheat spaghetti tossed with wilted spinach/ garlic and parmesan, and more fizzy water.

I'm going to have a piece of Aldi dark chocolate with hazelnuts for dessert.

Tofay was my first carb day in ages. I've been dieting. So it went quite badly....

Bf Banana and apple

Snack banana and yogurt

Lunch sweet n sour chicken noodles (schooo dinner)

Snack - iced mince pie

Dinner - 2 slices of pizza, mozzerella sticks
Peaches and ice cream.

I'm quite disgusted at myself 😂 so much beige!
