Super unhealthily i have had:

B - 2 handfuls of heroes chocolates and 3 white coffees

L - a morrisons sausage roll

D - mushroom stroganoff and rice

Snacks - 8 custard creams

Dont normally eat this badly though!

Amazing so many people eat so little. Don't you ever get hungry?

Today I ate:
Spinach salad with eggs, nuts, seeds, croutons, cheddar, stilton, with onion dressing.
Some chocolate.
few pieces of chips with mayo.
Beef stir fry with rice and vegs.

Itsu is not a name of a food, it's a name of a company. So it makes no sense.

No, I just wondered what do you mean by 3 Itsu. Only Itsu we have at home is a a packet of sea weed. But it can also mean any kind of merchandise from Itsu, like bao bans, gyoza or many other things, so, just said 3 Itsu says nothing.

Breakfast - boiled egg
Had a hobnob at about 11
Lunch was fried rice and leftover jerk chicken
Went out for dinner and had sea bass and gnocchi, and ice cream for pudding.

Two slices of wholegrain bread, toasted, with marmite. Pot of tea.

Whole wheat pita with hummus, slice of deli Swiss cheese, and raw fresh spinach. Fizzy water.

Small piece of Aldi dark chocolate with hazelnuts.

Dinner will be whole wheat pasta tossed with pesto, sundried tomatoes, and feta cheese.

S- brocoli with olive oil and handful raw mixed nuts

(Eaten loads today but I am breastfeeding and appetite is enormous! I have stuck to the most nourishing choices.. nothing processed. Feel proud of that)
