Whats your dream job?

Being the person who makes up names for paint colours, or a pyrotechnics specialist, designing large-scale fireworks displays.

Closer to real life, I'd like to open an animal sanctuary.

If I won the Euromillions I would set up a couple of small businesses (maybe a cafe and a cleaning business) and employ homeless people and people leaving care and prisons.

I'd provide accommodation and pay them double minimum wage, but put half into a savings account for them. Then after 12 months I'd give them the lump sum so that they could use it for a car / house deposit / an amazing holiday ect.

Any profits made from the businesses would go towards Christmas bonuses for the employees and into a fund that would be there for any emergencies, or they could apply for a grant if they wanted to go to university/do a qualification.

That's my dream and I think about it quite often.

I was actually thinking about this in the car the other day.

If I won the Euromillions, I'd like to set up an 'ethical care agency', where carers were paid top dollar, supported in their personal and professional lives, and worked with the sort of people who require high-level care, but couldn't necessarily afford it.

However, because my Euromillions mean that I'd be running it as a hobby business, the cost to the client would either be as low as possible or free.

My daughter wanted to do it, and I definitely had to bite my tongue on all this. Also. Poo. Anything with animals has vast amounts of dealing with shit somewhere along the line!
