Free speech doesn't apply to privately run forums.

Free speech means the government can't persecute you for holding views, being of particular religions, or speaking your beliefs and so on and so forth (within reason - calling for e.g a terrorist attack, for someone to be murdered, or hurling racist abuse at someone will rightly get you hauled before a court).

Free speech does not mean you can say anything you want on someone else's forum without consequences such as having your posts deleted, being suspended or banned.
