Vogue Williams SLAMS passenger who refused to swap seats with her on plane because Vogue had booked the wrong seat.

mol.im/a/11126879

Yes, Vogue. Other people should do what you say and be disadvantaged because YOU booked the wrong seat.

@Cheerybigbottom
You just know that the other lady turned up to find Vogue sitting in her seat and was too polite embarrassed to kick her out. Hardly the same as offering your seat to someone!

scrivette · 19/08/2022 18:53

I don't get the issue, he said that he would mind moving but then he moved! (Only read the DM article).

She sounds so rude and entitled.

CombatBarbie · 19/08/2022 18:56

I had to Google her......

Shrewsbury247 · 19/08/2022 18:56

Did she call him ‘a piece of shot’ after he agreed to move? What’s the about?
Horrendous behaviour on her part.

xsquared · 19/08/2022 18:57

This is the second thread about her today, amd I assumed the first one was about Venus but misspelt. I didn't know who she was before then.

Is she short of publicity or something?

TheVanguardSix · 19/08/2022 18:57

‘Spenny’, god help us. 🙄

Underscore21 · 19/08/2022 18:58

She's (unintentionally) shown everyone her complete lack of manners. Cringeworthy.

Stichintimesavesstapling · 19/08/2022 19:00

Accidentally not having to sit next to your DC on the plane is surely a gift from the gods?

JulesCobb · 19/08/2022 19:01

Unbelievably entitled.

Shrewsbury247 · 19/08/2022 19:02

Agreed stitchintime 😂

ballsdeep · 19/08/2022 19:05

She’s so annoying!! I turn her wonky filled lips off every time I see her clicking the box of detergent in that advert.
mid it was so important to you, make sure you book it Properly .

RippleQueen · 19/08/2022 19:06

She's very rude and entitled. Who the does she think she is?

Farmageddon · 19/08/2022 19:09

Be warned, the last thread on Vogue's antics got pulled...we're only allowed to say lovely things apparently.

However people are saying awful things about Linda Evangelista on another thread and that's still going, so it's all very hit and miss on who you can talk about round here.

WomanStanleyWoman2 · 19/08/2022 19:10

RainbowsMoonbeams · 19/08/2022 18:25

Am I the only one who has no idea who she is?!

There’s not a lot to know. She’s just found a couple of rich men daft enough to marry her. Her only other ‘achievement’, as far as I can tell, is making a toe-curingly awful advert for Fairy non-bio.

You know what, Vogue? I make ‘lots of little noises’ when you come on television - mostly retching noises!

mikado1 · 19/08/2022 19:10

Her lips/mouth were always like that...as a teen as she was when she popped up originally, don't think they're fake. I wouldn't mind swapping in same circumstances if I was travelling solo, personally, but can understand some would.

lot123 · 19/08/2022 19:15

I've read the article twice and still can't work out the seating issue. She'd booked a window and middle on one row and an aisle on the row behind?

SheldonesqueTheBstard · 19/08/2022 19:17

I was on the last thread and one or two posters got a proper chewing - really unfairly so. I know one and they’ve been here a long time and so no, they aren’t Ms W.

In essence, I reckon Spenny’s missus has thrown more eggs at the pudding to embellish her story than was necessary. Coupled with the language to add the drama. And whoosh - shite flying everywhere.

A lot of folk will tart up a story.

For some inexplicable reason, she has totally misjudged it and instead of the story being some sort of amusing anecdote or indulgent whinge, she has merely served to make herself seem really rude and really entitled.

I honestly thought she’d have been more savvy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Iamacatslave · 19/08/2022 19:18

What must Pippa think….

SirChenjins · 19/08/2022 19:21

The last thread about her was deleted earlier . Apparently, using a public platform to slag off complete strangers under the guise of ‘humour’ is only allowable/funny if you’re a millionaire sleb.

J0y · 19/08/2022 19:24

Normally I like her and think she comes across well, but not this time, strangers aren't obliged to revolve around her.

AnneShirleysNewDress · 19/08/2022 19:27

I'd have been ecstatic to sit by myself. She missed a trick there.

diddl · 19/08/2022 20:01

I think she/they were trying to tell it as a funny story.

But to me it comes across as being pissed off with the guy because he didn't move immediately/moved grudgingly.

I don't really get how insulting someone who did you a favour (which was only needed due to her mistake) can be funny.

Bonjovispjs · 19/08/2022 20:28

I really hope fairy dump her over this, then I won't have to watch her in that God awful advert ever again.

NippyWoowoo · 19/08/2022 23:10

Oh so my airline pilot friend is wrong then. He's a First Officer for a scandinavian airline, and that is what they were all told during their training.

Yes, seeing as I've been allowed several times to move seats due to the one I'm on not being appropriate for one reason or another

I also often move seats, if a stewardess asks I'm always first to offer as you then get free drinks, and I do not give af where I'm sat.

Plus on the account if the worst happens they sometimes can't find the plane I'd imagine they won't be able to find the seat.
