You'll start seeing things take a turn for the better starting in November at the latest.

life is so hard and I’m not sure I have the strength to deal with anymore struggle or heartbreak - but maybe knowing will help me mentally prepare what’s coming up.

@ConfusedLove About the sacrifices, there's only so much time and energy you have to give (no one is super human). It must be shared among career, family friends, health etc. Only you can decide which one(s) to feed and which one(s) to put on the back burner. And if you find you have the wrong balance, you can work toward adjusting it.
