Not including houses or car level things, what have you on your wish list if the money was there? I’m thinking a dyson hair wrap but the price is frankly ridiculous. Does anyone have one and would your rate it?

just daydreaming here.

A pergola, fancy garden furniture and a gas bbq.

I bought three garden chairs for £6 from a charity shop the other week. It's as close as I'll get for now!

Mochatatts · 29/07/2022 07:21

8 hours unbroken sleep in my own bed. A shower that doesn't trip the fuse every 3 minutes. An Olivia Burton watch.

VerveClique · 29/07/2022 07:36

An en suite with a bath.

To get back into various lovely clothes that no longer fit.

A cream handbag.

I’m very lucky really!!

Monkeybutt1 · 29/07/2022 08:15

A bikini body!
I have the Deebot Robot Vacum that also mops, its a life changer and worth every penny

berksandbeyond · 29/07/2022 09:04

Lakrids Chocolate Licorice for Christmas (I'm not eating chocolate but maybe by Christmas I'll have a day off . It looks very interesting -and ££ - so I cannot see myself buying loads )

A skip - we have stuff to go out and some recyclable and Charity Shop donations , so the skip will be for when anything useable has gone .

A long Superdry coat , the thin padded non feather/down one

Soup maker , I keep thinking will I use it ,

Lakrids is absolutely amazing! So expensive but worth it (and I only eat a piece or two a day so it last a really long time unlike chocolates etc).

I really want composite bonding on my teeth and a DryRobe

I'd love an ' in and out ' washboard waist
Instead of just out.

•I'm lusting after some built in alcove cupboards either side of my fireplace. I know I should hire a carpenter but it'll cost a lot.

•A smaller bed, stuck with what I already own, have moved house and it's far too big in my small bedroom, to the point I don't even have room for bedside tables.

•I would love an air fryer, but I can't justify it whilst I have a working oven.

•Would love a proper WFH area, currently using the kitchen table and I hate feeling like I'm stuck in the same room all day, finish working to cook dinner and then eat/tidy up.

•I would love a dishwasher.

• and finally... a cleaner to come a couple of times a week.

😊

@justgettingready We wanted some alcove shelves and having a wobbly fireplace, were quoted a frightening amount. We went with scaffold shelves and brackets.

It isn't perfect, but it cost less than a tenth of the quoted cost and the shelves are chunky enough to look deliberate.

A small dog.
Small dog died in January. We still have big dog and we agreed now was the time to become a one dog family.
But after thirty plus years of having a big and a small I feel incomplete.

Onesmallstepforaman · 29/07/2022 15:09

A Bmw r1250rs, in white please

Babyroobs · 29/07/2022 15:11

One of those sponge squares from the bakery with jam and coconut on the top. DS3 is going to try to get one for me as I am isolating.

GrimDamnFanjo · 29/07/2022 15:16

Some built in cupboards for my hall.

andpeggy1 · 29/07/2022 15:27

The last slice of Rocky road cake from My works cafe.

But I'm On a diet and 5pm today is weigh in, so currently voluntary nil by mouth 😂🙈

FrancescaContini · 29/07/2022 15:29

A delicious Swedish man

AllTheSunshine · 29/07/2022 15:34

Today - an Italian laundry basket with fold down legs. It's more than £50 but would keep my washing out of the dirt. Other types are available but the way the legs fold down doesn't seem as practical.
I clearly need to have a word with myself😆

Also for everyone wanting an air wrap, I got a revlon one-step on ebay for £19 and it's brilliant!

I have both and they're very different.
The one step damages my hair a lot more but I do like it.

catfunk · 29/07/2022 15:45

A house with a garden instead of a flat

the80sweregreat · 29/07/2022 15:51

Lottery big win (not just for me either. )

maddiemookins16mum · 29/07/2022 15:51

Alphabet1spaghetti2 · 29/07/2022 17:33

I really really want to get a too wide chair through a too narrow door.

or burn the bloody house that jack built down.

Would taking the door completely off it's hinges help ?

Wool and perfume as usual, but no mojo for wool and no money for perfume...
