I'm not a Tory voter, but what strikes me is Rishi is coming across as aggressive and can't help but interrupt every 2 seconds. Liz sadly reminds me of Teresa May in that her delivery falters and doesn't have any fight (possibly why Rishi is finding so easy to butt in constantly). Neither is coming across particularly well, albeit it I was always going to be biased.
