All of these were new to me before mumsnet but make me chuckle when I see them:

Cocklodger
Nurse with a purse
LTB
Throw him back

What are your favourites?

No is a complete sentence.

it’s an invitation, not a summons.

I believe this is the thread Spoony Fucker was born
It's a great thread.

WarmSausageTea · 13/07/2022 19:13

Not my circus, not my monkeys.
No is a complete sentence - and I’ve put it into practice. Just the once, but it did the trick.
It’s an invitation, not a summons.

A580Hojas · 13/07/2022 19:13

Ah.

<<thinks hard>>

Nope, can't think of one after 15+ years on MN.

Maybe "sex not gender" but I also gathered that up from places other than Mumsnet.

LisaSimpson77 · 13/07/2022 19:15

Off you fuck then cunty chops!

I love this a ridiculous amount and it's often running through my head in real life when somebody's being an idiot whilst I'm obliged to smile and stay professional.
It makes me feel a bit better 😃

seaUrchinOne · 13/07/2022 19:17

'Woo'
Lovebomber
Hobosexual

MintyGreenDreams · 13/07/2022 19:18

OldKingCole · 13/07/2022 19:20

Did you mean to be so rude??
still waiting for a chance to use it IRL

merrymelodies · 13/07/2022 19:20

Snurk Grin

msssm · 13/07/2022 19:21

Get in the sea.

SuspiciousDuck · 13/07/2022 19:22

Off you fuck, cunty chops

DH and I now seem to use this to express affection for each other.

offyoufuckcuntychops · 13/07/2022 17:15

As the name suggests.

"Darked on" (for washing) is my other favourite.

I've never heard of a spoony fucker either, despite having been here since 2005 ish.

Can someone explain 'darked on' please?Smile

Blossomandbee · 13/07/2022 19:24

'Thanks for the opinion random man'

RockingMyFiftiesNot · 13/07/2022 19:29

These have had me in stitches, most of my favourites already mentioned.

Apologies if these have already been mentioned too but didn't notice them:

To flouncers: 'close the door on your way out'

My absolute favourite is the word 'twunt'. There are times when nothing else will do.

Mumsnet – I think I love you

Etiquette can be learned, there’s much written on this
Mrs Post told Americans what they should like.
Mitford’s u and non u took upper middle-class piss
While her sister cheered on the Third Reich.

So, what is to guide 21st century girls
In social dealings, online media, Real Life?
Mumsnetters have a phrase for it, Clutches her Pearls
When respondents use words like housewife.

Stay At Home Mum is for who cooks, cleans and sweeps
But if it’s a man Stay At Home Dad’s more precise.
If your bloke is lazy, watches porn, eats and sleeps
Ditch the Cocklodger watching online vice.

What Would You Do? seeks advice when someone at home
Gambles family income away, and tells lies.
Couple’s counselling may have good outcomes for some
But if hopeless, Leave The Bastard applies.

If your MIL causes trouble and FIL gives support
SIL and BIL intervene but your DH does nowt
Take a Spa Day, go treat yourself at a resort
But you’ve a big DH Problem, throw him out.

WTF has gone global, we know what it means
WTActualF escalates one more stage.
When discussion heats up, you are told to ODFOD
CF neighbours must FOTTFSOF in a rage.

Acronyms avoid boredom, speed narrative flow
Fresh juxtaposition means avoiding cliché.
But what’s with this swearing, I really don’t know
Why is bugger forbidden, but fuck is OK?

If all language is fluid then this is the pot
In which real life and invention can stew.
Women foment revolution, bemoaning their lot

When you forget or cba to bring laundry in from the line, it gets darked on, and spiders rub their willies on it. FACT.

‘naice’ (ham) for item that are better than one would usually buy..

Circleblue · 13/07/2022 20:27

DRESSING GOWN OF DOOM

For when a man (can be a woman but less likely) with a very serious illness (like the common cold) puts on his dressing gown along with a face that indicates certain, impending death (a virus which the rest of the family continued to operate with and get over pretty quickly with no DoD required).

chubbachub · 13/07/2022 20:28

You should start a thread like this for the Mumsnet expressions people hate

Scautish · 13/07/2022 20:31

Hoofwanking Spanglecunt

Hatsoff5 · 13/07/2022 20:38

Haha thanks @Homewardbound2022
