Stepped down as 'Leader of Conservative Party' but intends to remain as PM until the autumn. He's hoping that everything will die down, he believes that he can continue to bluster and baffle and waffle. And that everything will just go away and he can continue in his role as PM.

Katie Perrior was Johnson's comms advisor when he was Mayor of London. She describes him as charming, exciting, and says she lernt a huge amount. But she goes on to say that 'what he said on a Monday was different from what he said on Tuesday'. She says he had 'no commitment to what he said and no intention of delivering it' When challenged by Katie, he said they were 'just words', and that it doesn't matter.
Katie said that was when she knew she could never work with him again.
This is the kind of abject liar that is supposedly leading our country.
