How to get copies of GCSE results from years ago?

I’m applying for a new role at my current workplace.
They haven’t asked for copies, I’ve just listed them on the application site, but I thought it would be handy to have copies in case they do.
I sat my GCSE’s 27 years ago!!

Ha, no. You said people have to resit... then you quoted yourself.

But that is this thread. The same thread you are posting on now.
the only person on this thread claiming you have to resit is you.
that is not evidence.

evidence is links to sites like OCR or AQA
where the specifically tell you how to apply for copies of your certificates.

Me too @scoopoftheday, that burgundy Record of Achievement faux leather folder came in handy after all!

This thread is surreal!

Starseeking · 10/06/2022 23:56

Haha, this is so bizarre. Quoting yourself and then linking to the thread to point out your advice, then talking about it in the third person Confused

I did mine in the early 90’s and they still have them from then.

Motheranddaughtertotwo · 11/06/2022 00:32

That was in response to the poster who said they don’t have records from the 80’s.

Romeiswheretheheartis · 11/06/2022 08:04

I work in a job where I have to see evidence of people's GCSE results and people often apply for replacements if they've lost them (Statements of results). To the posters saying they have to be retaken - No they don't! I regularly accept replacements. They can take a while to obtain though, so people shouldn't leave it to the last minute to request them.

@xoxFulhamMUMMY I suspect you’re my teenage son. We’re going to have a chat when you get up.
Time to confiscate your computer again.

I'm ex-RAF kid so a lot of my stuff is in boxes and tied up in attics. (I'm 50 and dad is 73). 😂😂😂

Novaron · 12/12/2024 03:27

And I'm not a Mum but boot me off if you want. I just like being on here talking to like -minded women.

Novaron · 12/12/2024 03:29

I wanted to be a mum. But things just didn't work out. It's okay. I'm learning.

Novaron · 12/12/2024 03:35

How am I supposed to access my G.C.S.E. and A'Levels certificates on physical paper if I haven't a clue where they are due to moving in the RAF?
