Favourite cocktail?

DH and I usually stick to mojitos but I fancy something new. What's your favourite cocktail?

So I've just got back from the shops with the ingredients for French martini, bramble, amaretto sour and mojitos. Luckily we had most of the alcohol in the cupboard already.

Also found a variation of bramble made with Kraken dark rum.

French martini is first up and delicious!

Am I the only person who didn't know that Long Island iced tea doesn't actually contain iced tea? I assumed it was iced tea and alcohol..

Basilico.

Vodka,limincello,sugar syrup,basil leaves.

Pornstar martini.

Though there’s not many I don’t like, tbf.

I don’t branch out much from these tbh, most cocktails are too fruity and sweet or too much alcohol and I’m a lightweight. I do like an espresso martini but can’t drink caffeine in the evening so it would have to be a morning cocktail.

I only discovered this last year! I hate tea so I thought I'd hate the cocktail... then someone gave me one... how wrong I was! It was delicious! 😁🍹🍸

Amaretto sours. Taste like cherry bakewells

I also like gin, rhubarb syrup or juice and ginger beer but I don't know what that's called

I have a very sweet tooth unfortunately so my favourite cocktails are sweet ones. I make one at home with cream, chocolate liqueur and creme de menthe that tastes like a mint aero.

Ooh love a Negroni, and also quite partial to a Jungle Bird. Anything with Campari in makes me happy tbh!

DH preferred his with a tbsp of sugar syrup but I thought it was sweet enough with the muddled blackberries and creme de cassis. Needs a good shake with ice to dilute it.

Espresso martini. The salted caramel one at The Ivy is the best ever.
