Long Island iced tea, all day long. Yum. Or anything with pineapple.

Gin daisy

Gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, grenadine and topped with soda water :) really lovely

Love anything rum based but especially a Mai tai

Love a good caipirinha. Margarita too as they aren't too sweet.

I love a whisky old fashioned. Other favourites are gin martini or espresso martini.

That's known as a French martini. I like them too.

All time favourite is the classic Vesper martini.

Cheesy favourite is the Pina Colada

Whiskey sour made with egg whites, amazing

Margarita here, not had a caipirinha but it would be right up my street.

Gin martini, very dry on the rocks, with a twist of lemon peel
