Accents that tickle your fancy

Just went for a coffee with a friend who's newly dating a guy from France and is obsessed with his accent, thinks it's sexy.

I'm just outside of London and so is DP and we're from the same town and so I don't even register that he has an accent but people (usually from more northern regions) have commented that he has a very 'cockney london' accent.

I'm a bit of a sucker for a geordie or Scottish accent on a guy. What about everyone else?

My DP has a deep, soft, Scottish accent. It is knicker melting.

Definately a Dublin accent and the banter that comes with it.

Glaswegian. Banged one once, couldn't understand a word he said but it was hot.

I fell for my DH partly because of his soft west of Ireland accent (without being too specific about which bit). If he'd been from Dublin it wouldn't have had the same effect at all.

Irish (Republic of) but South African gives me the fanny gallops

My DH has a a Scottish accent but then so do I and most of my workmates. He can’t understand some stuff I say despite growing up 30 miles apart as I have an Ayrshire accent and dialect.

I remember at work we did the opening lines to Back for good as a Scottish conversation ‘whatever ah said, whatever ah did, ah didnae mean it. Right’
