Also, the possibility of £1 million being enough to provide financial security for life would depend on various factors, such as how old you are when you receive it; how many people depend on you; how long you live; inflation etc.

Yep, I'd do for a lot less than that tbh. 50k upwards! I'm single so wouldn't be cheating. However, my caveat would be basic sex only! For me something like a BJ is far more intimate than the sex act itself and I wouldn't want to do that or other acts I might be uncomfortable with. If it's basic sex, you can just close your eyes and wait for it to be over! Sad to say, something I have done in the past!

Having sex with someone and prostituting yourself so they can do whatever they want with your body are two different situations. One is a good excuse for doing something you would have liked to do anyway. The other is a massive PTSD risk.

I used to work for the vice squad in a big city. I would do the paperwork and got to know our clients, they'd go and make me a coffee and have a chat if they weren't in a hurry to pick kids up or desperate to get back out on the beat.

I heard some very funny stories and saw some very sad things but the thing I could never understand was that for almost all of them the "intimacy" scale started with handjob, blow job, full sex, unprotected sex. Other more niche activities weren't generally discussed.

I have asked how a blow job is less intimate than sex but never managed to understand it because like you it seems more intimate to me.

This was asked 20yrs ago when I first joined MN and without hesitation I said no way. My body is not for sale. But it's been 2 decades and 2 children. I'm tired, I can't afford milk some weeks, I'm fed up with cleaning a house which looks run down whatever I do. I'd like to say I wouldn't do it and I hope I wouldn't but dear lord, I'd consider it.

I feel a bit sad now.

Id want the million, but then I'd don't know what biological hazards they could be carrying in their bloodstream. Then their is the activities involved etc. More information and analysis is needed first,before I would consider the requests.
