Looks more like a house share to me. They’re usually minimal and not many bathrooms for more room for bedrooms

It looks quite strange but didn't immediately think of a brothel.
I used to visit St Albans regularly and I think its quite near the naturist commmunity! (That wasn't the purpose of my visits btw😂)

Not really the area for brothels. It would function well with that layout though.

I wouldn't say brothel. I think more done up on the cheap and rented out as a houseshare. The downstairs wood flooring looks tatty, and doesn't match the colour of the stairs. Plus given the general style of the kitchen area tiles would probably have looked better/ more in keeping.

The bathroom is very early 2000s in style.

According to Zoopla, it's been up for sale on and off since 2016. It definitely looked better before some of the more recent 'improvements'.

Oh yes. Spielplatz. I’d forgotten about that place, from what I remember (from talking to friends) it’s just a load of naked posh people.

Not that I ever went I hasten to add. But as a child / teenager we used to cycle past giggling.

I’ve got to say, I didn’t think brothel, but I did get a weird vibe looking at the pictures. No idea why. It is an utterly soulless house though I thought.
