when I met dh he called it the digibox 🤔
when we had dc we called it the fat controller. Last dc came along and named it the trolly pronounced troll-ee. So now that’s what we all call it.

Im really surprised to see doofer coming up so often. Until now the only person who I have ever heard say doofer is my mother and I thought it was her own made up word. It seems its quite a common word though.

Oh don't! The number of times I have lost one and had to order another and I can never remember the word. I guess (now I can remember) I called it a remote tv control.

Those of you with menfolk. surely it is attached to their hand at all times, so is an extension of them!
