Movie scenes that make you cringe (not embarrassing cringe, sick cringe)

Currently watching frozen (the one where the three skiers are stuck on the chair lift).

the scene where Dan jumps down and both legs break and the bone is poking through the skin. My god. I felt both sick to the stomach and a massive cringe.

This is the scene if anyone feels brave enough

Also, hostel, I think it was, where one of the characters had his Achilles heels cut. That scream

Absolutely agree with the kerb scene in American history X. Freaked me out!

Another that gave me nightmares for weeks was the dead baby scene in trainspotting..my DH never warned me I was traumatised!

Watching final destination and it reminded me of the 3rd one with the tanning beds

That was graphic. I have never used a tanning bed, but I definitely wouldn’t after that

I remember watching Orca as a kid and the poor whale miscarrying. It was so upsetting.

Im actually glad I haven’t seen most of these movies. Not sure about the Love Actually one though!

Not a film but tv - it was spooks and the admin woman was put into an op which went wrong and they plunged her head in a deep fat fryer.

Whiplash is a brilliant film but pretty much every scene is a very uncomfortable watch.
