Yogurt, berries, almond butter. Tea. 293 cals.

Greek salad with a few prawns. 400 cals.

Cod fillet with broccoli and courgette. Lazy teryaki sauce of rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger. 245 cals

Snacks, well. They are 800 calories!!!! Mocha, hot chocolate with the trimmings, single biscuit.

Wfh is dangerous for snacking, especially on ocado delivery day, and this board is a great form of accountability! Mais je ne regrette rien

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with marmite
Lunch - a packet of french fries crisps, some watermelon and mango
Tea later on will probs be a jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad.

I’m pregnant and can only stomach beige food at the moment, the watermelon and mango are my cravings!

Graze oat bar for breakfast and several cups of tea throughout the morning,
Leftover pasta and meatballs for lunch followed by a twix topper,
Red Thai curry and noodles for tea.

That's it today. Went for a 4 mile run this morning too so normally I'm really hungry. I did inadvertently eat an ingredient I'm allergic to for tea yesterday so I wasn't hungry this morning due to stomach pains and only had the oat bar after my run as I knew I needed to eat before work.
