But. I thought Joaquin Phoenix was lovely when he was in his 20s, I think he's doubly gorgeous in his late 40s with a grey beard. Beautiful man.

Love him in everything, esp Walk the Line, Inherent Vice and Mary Magdalene.

He's one of those people who can look gorgeous or properly fugly depending on lighting, hair and expression.

Funny-looking works for me better than pretty-boy but I can understand why some people don't get it.

I think Casey Affleck was sued by 2 women who worked on a film he was doing with JP. It was for sexual harassment and he settled out off court.

He’s hot as fuck. I was reeling after watching him in Gladiator, playing such an out and out psycho, but being so attractive while doing it. And he’s been hot in everything since.

Apparently dancing down the stairs in The Joker he did in one take and completely free styled it!!

I was on a flight last week, and the passenger next to me was watching a movie with the most beautiful man in it. I knew it was JP but couldn’t recall his name. He looks a lot older now but has aged gorgeously.

Loved his brother in a sort of pure way love him for acting ability and yes, certainly also would now he's older and beardy. He was brilliant in gladiator.
