What time do you go to bed?

Just that really I go to bed at around 10pm. .

I don't have a set bedtime ... I go when I am tired ... anytime between 9.30-midnight.

Anytime from when the kids go bed at about half 7 until midnight in the week. I think I'm going to hit those hills very soon!

Between 1am and 2am usually. Night owl here, I'd go later if I didn't have to get up in the morning for work. To me, midnight is an early night.

Too late! I'm queen of procrastination from about 11pm onwards and usually end up going to bed after midnight.

Around 10pm if I have an early shift the next day as my alarm is set for 5.30. Probably more like 11/11.30 if not

Now 9 and sleep for 9:30pm

About 8ish when home and then settle down to sleep about 10.30. I prefer watching TV in bed than in the lounge most nights as I don't end up snacking as much 🤣

Sunday-Thursday 10pm on the dot. Fri/sat whenever I'm tired or wake up on the sofa

I'm just off to bed now. I sometimes think we must look like a household of toddlers. Get up early (DH starts work at 6am and I go swimming) therefore go to bed early.

I tend to go upstairs around 9-10pm then I'm asleep between 10:30 and 11. I wake up any time between 5 and 6.

Anytime from 10.00pm-1.00am usually during the week. Weekends sometimes later depending on what I'm doing.

Up to bed by 10.30-11pm and read for half an hour or so.

Up between 6.30-6.45am weekdays. I get an extra hour in the mornings on weekends and school holidays.

Sunday to Thursday between 9pm and 10pm (although 10pm feels "late"). We get up at 5am Monday to Friday.

The weekend can be any time but we still have to get up around 7am so not much later than midnight.

I'm forever tired.

About 30mins after ds. Just enough time to check the locks, turn everything off 😊

Around 9.30-10pm.But I can then read for some time as well.
