What time do you go to bed?

Just that really I go to bed at around 10pm. .

I hope for 10 but it's generally midnight. Alarm the cats 6.30 am. It's not enough sleep for me and I really need to get into better habits.

Any time between half 8 and the early hours. It depends whether I have work or not and what my deadline is. When I have a big project on I'm often still up working at 3am.

I used to be able to stay up til midnight but the past few years I’m asleep by 9:30. But I wake up multiple times during the night and am usually up by 5:45/6:00

Usually between 5am and 8am. I work nights though.

8am when working. 11pm when not

Around midnight to 1am but I work from home so I don't have to get up until 7:30am.

Around 1am but that’s because I fall asleep on the sofa for a bit at 9.30

Normally between 1-2am. Every single day I tell myself I am going to be asleep by 11pm.. this has not happened in years!

I work three nights till midnight/1am. On non-work nights I'm usually asleep between 11 and midnight. DD is up at 6 but my DH takes her at 7 for a couple of hours and I go back to bed

Normally 11pm but I slept in this morning, so I'm still wide awake, got to get up early in the morning

Its whenever the cat tells me to. Sometimes its as early as 8pm (read in bed), other times its midnight. I go when she says as she bites my ankles or tries to rip the wallpaper. As soon as I put my foot on the stairs she starts purring very very loudly. Yep, I am cat(hen)pecked

Around 10pm, sometimes even 10.30pm.

Used to be way earlier when I was commuting.
