For me its
1.vodka and tonic with loads of ice and fresh lime slices

2.ice cold Sauvignon Blanc

3.A very good Mojito

Vodka and lemonade, I like 4 parts Vodka, 1 part lemonade.
Rose wine
Lager, particularly with a lovely curry

In summer:

  • limoncello, but it has to be from the freezer

How can you have a 'Top 3'?

I find that when you pour the wine into a jug, tip in a beer plus a glug of brandy it is the brandy that floats to the top. Surely we can only have a 'Top One'?

  1. Harris gin with fevertree tonic. We used to live 10 miles from the distillery and still have our house there. I only drink gin in Harris, so I have my bottle there for when we go up on the jubilee weekend!
  1. Mussel Pot Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. Any Marlborough SB will suffice.
  1. A really, headache inducing cold beer. Fraoch Heather ale by choice.

But basically I'll drink anything. As long as it's not sweet.

Winter, a Crianza red wine.
