For me its
1.vodka and tonic with loads of ice and fresh lime slices

2.ice cold Sauvignon Blanc

3.A very good Mojito

1 - Harris gin and fevertree tonic, full fat!
2 - decent Chardonnay
3 - any good red wine

  1. Pinot Grigio (with ice, absolute sacrilege I know but IDC)
  1. Large G&T, has to be Fever Tree, never slimline always orange and grapefruit garnish, loads of ice and double gin.
  1. Difficult choice for 3rd, love a good red wine, Malbec or something but I really can't go past an Aperol Spritz on a sunny day, with loads of ice.
