My Dh says a rich tea is diet food ? He needs to diet but can't give up the biccies I know so many will hate me for saying biccies he he.

Salt and vinegar rice cakes from Aldi are only 30-40 calories and delicious and fairly sizeable. A couple of those gets me through the afternoons

Asda rich tea only have 35 calories each and only 1.3g of sugar

Have an oatcake with a bit of cheese or peanut butter. The healthiest biscuit is any home made one with normal ingredients. But it won't help you lose weight.
I could never put peanut butter or cheese on a biscuit!!

Nairn's sweet oatcakes. Chocolate, ginger, berries, chia and coconut. Low GI, low in calories.
