Summer for me. I like it

GoldenTobes · 23/03/2022 18:07

By birthday is in March which I do quite like. Always have the day off work even if I'm not doing much. I always say to my family I love March as I get breakfast in bed twice, once for birthday and then for Mother's Day (I'm very easily pleased 😁)

DuggeeHugPlease · 23/03/2022 18:10

April and I love it because it's often really nice spring sunny weather, often coincides with Easter bank hols and just generally everything feels positive in Spring.

Plus it's not too close to christmas which I wouldn't like.

MargaritasOnMe · 23/03/2022 18:11

Early December. Always loved it. There's always plenty to do, that warm festive feeling as it gets darker / colder and when I was at school it fell in term time, which I always appreciated as friends who had birthdays in the holidays always struggled to get people to attend parties as people were often busy/away.

Easterbunnyiswindowshopping · 23/03/2022 18:13

July. Love it.

Butteredtoast55 · 23/03/2022 18:13

Happy Birthday Begbie

Mid-June.

Summertime, before school holidays (so if I want to go away it's not expensive / busy), 6 months from Christmas, and it brings a lovely sense of meaning to the middle of the year.

crimewatcher · 23/03/2022 18:19

Smack dab in middle of September. Absolutely love it. My favourite time of the year, days still lovely and sunny, leaves just starting to change. I am a typical Virgo in every sense too if that makes a difference.
My son is just before Christmas and hates it so much. I feel bad for him I know he wishes he had a summer bday.

SunshineLollipopsAndRainbows · 23/03/2022 18:20

Early December. I would have preferred a Spring birthday as it’s my favourite season. When I was growing up I really hated receiving joint birthday/ Christmas presents. I don’t mind when my birthday is so much now & we usually go out to choose our Christmas tree sometime around it 🎄🎄🎄

Gonnagetgoing · 23/03/2022 18:20

September - early. Don’t love it as it can sometimes be cold but it’s an ok month.

March - it's hit and miss weather-wise. Have had some lovely sunny ones and some where it's chucked it down.

The one positive is people often buy me daffs - which are my absolute favourite.

SallyWD · 23/03/2022 18:36

Miner's in December. I'm not a winter person but I love Christmas. I love the fact I feel all Christmassy on my birthday!

Lulu1919 · 23/03/2022 18:36

May
Always thought a nice month !!

Clevs · 23/03/2022 18:44

June - was rubbish for a couple of years between 16-18 due to GCSEs and A-Levels but I really love it. Slap bang in the middle of the year normally with decent weather.

Toddlerteaplease · 23/03/2022 18:48

October. Still just in summer time.

tiredanddangerous · 23/03/2022 18:49

Summer. Love it.

headspin10 · 23/03/2022 18:59

May half term. I love it. Never had to go to school on the day. Our eldest is April and I think that's really lovely too.

blisstwins · 23/03/2022 19:01

Mine is in May. When I was growing up you shopped/got new toys or clothes at Christmas or back-to-school. May was perfect spacing! And it was warm, but still got to celebrate in school. And I was born in Mother’s Day and it always made me feel special.

Khalas · 23/03/2022 19:01

May. Love it, weather can be hit and miss though!

A580Hojas · 23/03/2022 19:03

September. Best month of the year, hands down!

DetailMouse · 23/03/2022 19:03

June. Both me and DSis have June birthdays. Mum's is very early January and she is still bitter now a out all the combined birthday and Christmas presents and parties as a child.

Mol1628 · 23/03/2022 19:05

Middle of summer I love it. It was always in the summer holidays as a child, it’s separates the year up nicely between my birthday and Christmas. Plenty of options of what to do for it as it doesn’t clash with any other big events eg Easter or Christmas.

My children have winter birthdays and I think it’s a bit rubbish for them but they don’t seem to care at the moment!

SeaKingdom · 23/03/2022 19:06

Late spring. Positives - weather often but not always lovely so have had many a birthday picnic. Negatives - slap bang in exam season so I’ve had many a birthday exam, including my finals. Doesn’t matter now of course!

Amdone123 · 23/03/2022 19:06

I love mine ! I love Wimbledon and my birthday lands right in the middle ( it used to, but it's been changed obviously, due to scheduling). But, still, a great time for me !
