Why is it “sad” that she’s had work done? A couple of PP have commented this and I don’t get it. Why is it sad? What if she wanted it for herself?
Is it sad that any woman who wears makeup or has her hair done or has cosmetic treatments does so? Very misogynistic.

As for the photos @Favourodds posted - she looks younger in the RHS pic because she was younger. It was taken a few years before the other pic. It's easy to do a reverse image search and find out that the pics were used and wrongly labelled by a plastic surgeon touting for business. It never fails to amaze me how much effort people will put in to trying to pull women down and to talk shit about them.

Between crap like this dressed up as 'compliments' and the abuse women get constantly on social media, it's a wonder any woman ever does anything in the public eye. It's bloody relentless and insidious.

Is it that much of a big deal these days? I put Botox in the same box as hair highlights, I pay less for my Botox than I do for my hair appointments!

I don’t feel “sad” that I look nicer in photos, nicer and less grumpy in real life etc. I feel happy that there’s a way that I can look my best in my mid 40s for a fairly small amount of money and no hassle.

But I think most people looking at this would say anything but that. It's creepy and weird, like an alien removed half of her skin and stretched what was left tightly over her face.

Thing is, people would moan and say she looks awful if she went natural, they’d comment on her lines (I saw this about Emma Watson recently) so basically it’s just another tedious way that women have a go at other women, for being either “too vain” or for “letting themselves go”. Same with her weight.
Basically there is a subset of women who will criticise women (especially rich, or attractive or famous women) whatever they do. I guess it’s a form of jealousy but it’s very unpleasant and says a lot more about the person doing the criticising than the person being criticised.

I certainly wouldn't criticise her for looking natural. I think she looked fantastic before she did this.

I don't think it's jealousy to say what you think about someone's looks.
I'm far too old and haggard to be the slightest bit bothered by what young mums do.
It's way out of the realm of anything in my life.
I just fail to see her as stunning.

These 2 pics can't be compared Clearly she was smiling politely in the second pic but in the first she is very happy about something. See the difference from the eyes!

There is a body language tip that a genuine happy smile is identified by muscles next to the eyes going crinkly.

I do sometimes wonder how William ended up with someone as gorgeous as her, like what’s the chances? Imagine instead of her we had some average looking woman, it’s just bizarre how she’s like Jennifer Aniston level of non-aging beauty and she just keeps getting better with time
