Despite how thin Kate is, her face is lovely and pumped up. I want the name of her doctor! Great work re the fillers.
@AbsentmindedWoman Her forehead is so smooth, you could bounce a penny off it. No crow's feet. Just not much movement in her upper face even though she's making big expressions. Also, she did have lines which she doesn't now.

I sound like such a Kate stan, I'm massively indifferent to her, I just think people should know that everyone famous has work (Can we do JLo next?!)
Agree totally, page 7 on that DM link shows the slight pinching look at the sides of her forehead which is a giveaway. She's starting to not look like her now which is a shame but I bet it's hard to stop once you start.

declutteringmymind · 25/03/2022 11:10

The thing with having work done is you have to accept that you will look a little 'done'. It's a play off between that and looking as you are, and picking the least worst option. If you're bothered, that is. I certainly don't judge someone. As PP said, we dye our hair, and there is less adverse reaction to Botox than there is hair dye. And it's semi permanent like hair dye, so if you don't like it, or you get a brow drop just wait a few months. Fillers have risks though.

Most women in her position and scrutiny would do exactly as she is doing. Myself included.

She looks amazing and you need rock solid self esteem about the way you look to do what she does, so good for her.

MarshaBradyo · 25/03/2022 11:17

Imo she looks even better now than her graduation pics. Which is pretty good going, even though there’s subtle help, which is fine too.

I really like Kate but part of her appeal for William was that she seemed to be mothering him as well as dating him which he responded to positively. I have it on good authority from people who basically spent much time around them at SA. There is nothing wrong whatsoever with having a more maternal appeal. It must be really nice actually. Without expert help, I would put her in the same appearance group as: Fiona Bruce, Elisabeth Chambers, Michelle Heaton, Theresa Villiers.
Soffit · 25/03/2022 11:24

The double marionette lines are also a giveaway. To her credit, she has not gone out of her way to deny it. She was seen to be aging badly for a few years before she resorted to it so that would be absurd really.

Don’t get this at all. KM is head and shoulders more attractive than that list. But in the eye of the beholder etc. I do think Fiona B is very attractive.

Noisyneighneigh · 25/03/2022 11:38

@Snoopsnoggysnog. Neither do I. Not saying those women aren't attractive but I always thought Kate was very pretty even before she married William and started being ultra polished.

What does this mean soffit? I thought the marionette lines and nasolabial folds she has when not smiling indicate she doesn't have filler - if she did then surely they would have been lessened/removed? Special interest because I am getting those lines and thinking about filler to fix

Grin

You're jesting.

MistyFuckingQuigley · 25/03/2022 18:08

I've reported your comment @Ozanj, how fucking cruel.

Soffit · 26/03/2022 11:47

@onedaysoonish - often, people who are in the public eye opt for baby botox and master these very-slightly-exaggerated facial expressions - wide eyes, raised eyebrows and maximum allowable smile. This creates a faux wide-eyed youthfulness and communicates the message 'Look my face moves!!'. Kate uses this combo.

The press photos which appeared today actually suggest that she has been having fillers for some years because the natural injection line is worn out and the clinic has started building up a parallel (fake) trough so that the filler takes better. That's where the double line effect appears.
It also reminds us that our faces cannot take it forever so inevitably, filler fans will have no options left but to choose between old school plastic surgery and growing old naturally. That is why twenty year olds having it is so wrong and that you should wait as long as possible before beginning and/or have really long gaps in between injections.
There are a couple of beautiful ladies who come to my friend's clinic and honestly, they are shamelessly and fully addicted. One will knock back painkillers beforehand like she is trying to overdose (because she is a needle phobe) and I have seen her leave her young sons in a random cafe alone in London (where they do not live) just so that she can fully focus on the treatments. It is just as well it is a safe part of the city and they are unlikely to come to any harm. It is not for long but her intimacy with the list of treatments makes it feel like the most important relationship of her life.

StrychnineInTheSandwiches · 26/03/2022 12:21

I think she's had the smidgiest of smidges of filler in her top lip.

Thoosa · 26/03/2022 12:29

Her lipstick line was bigger than her lips on a front page I saw this week. Why would t she just go for proper fillers if she’s going to do that? I sometimes wonder how much pressure their dressers and make up people put on them to do this and that.

StScholastica · 26/03/2022 13:02

Im not a royalist but I think she's beautiful. Don't give a monkeys if she has had filler or not. She can't win either way.
Why do we tear each other apart?

Thoosa · 26/03/2022 13:11

Some of the posts on this thread are absolutely bonkers in their specificity and analytical detail, but I don’t see how a high profile royal can avoid it. You’d have to be a very determined character to deliberately marry into that kind of role.

Personally by day three in tropical humidity I’d be “if you can just defrizz my hair, I’ll skip the make up and wear a kaftan”. I don’t know how she stands all the outfit changes and constantly having people fiddle with her hair and face. Let alone the scrutiny on top.

Yes! I noticed this as well.
themessygarden · 26/03/2022 18:09

Are her eyebrows off, or is it the botox lifting one eyebrow and not the other ? not only in these recent photos, but also in the gold dress photos.

If she is going to the best cosmetic dr. could he not sort that out if it is from botox ?

Ooo very interesting - I did wonder whether if you keep having nasolabial filler you get to the Charlotte in the new sex and the city situation where somehow the bit above the top lip becomes super wide almost like the nasolabial folds get pushed out wider than where they would normally be. Seems we can't cheat ageing forever!

VladmirsPoutine · 26/03/2022 19:27

The thing is she is not naturally that thin and to maintain that level of thinness is no mean feat. The trade off has to be somewhere. It can't be easy being so publicly scrutinised but she looks well kept and she looks her age.

Birdfooddirect · 26/03/2022 20:03

I love that pic of her coming out of the shop in jeans and white t shirt. She looks gorgeous in it. The starchy dresses now are just a shame, she looks fab casual.

It’s the Botox eyebrow. Kylie has exactly the same thing.
Soffit · 27/03/2022 10:24

Botox brow lift. Even the best surgeon in the world cannot properly sort out the wear and tear happening beneath the top layer of skin due to overuse of needles, especially when it is still being done routinely.

Soffit · 27/03/2022 10:25

As you grow older, your skin becomes thinner which is why her chin implant is also starting to look obvious when she grins.

VladmirsPoutine · 27/03/2022 10:53

I'm convinced she could solve 90% of any speculation by gaining a stone. A 'fuller' face and figure really disguises the sunken look and might even help disguise filler and botox.
