Despite how thin Kate is, her face is lovely and pumped up. I want the name of her doctor! Great work re the fillers.

I’m intrigued as I’m another one who can’t tell she’s had work. Can someone post a before and after photo, before being I guess from when she was pregnant with the aforementioned lines?

She's definitely had full on forehead Botox with a brow lift which has worked better on one side. Crows feet have been done slightly lighter.

She's had either very good fillers at a five point filler facelift or similar with lots of skin treatments.

She looks good, expensive, and definitely freshly 'done'

I mean, you just have to look at her face. In every picture where she's laughing or smiling, her eyes aren't forming crow's feet and her eyebrows aren't lifting, there's no lines across her forehead.

It’s an example of very good work. She looks fab and fresh. Good for her.

I thought she looked different around the eyes in her birthday portraits. Looked a bit not like herself, which can happen...

Her cheeks don't look like her here & her forehead is smooth.

I think it's sad she feels she must have it.

It can take a while to settle. So this may be a month or so post Botox/filler when it looks better.

@juniper68 Congrats? KM doesn't have your genetics and very obviously uses filler and Botox. You can see that both in the fact that she has, previously, had lines and that her face actually looks quite dramatically different at times.

It doesn't help any of us to pretend that famous women are just all magically and miraculously line free.

It's really not that subtle!

It might be that she is finally sleeping now the kids are older - I'm sure they have staff but I think she's probably hands on at night time.

I love that yellow dress, so elegant!

The naivety that she’s had nothing done is quite sweet - but she TOTALLY has!

The yellow dress and heels are amazing and I mostly think her style is super dull. She usually manages to make Alexander McQ look like Phase 8 and I do not get the ‘beauty’ accolades. I find her to be a fairly normally attractive woman.

However, if I’d paid Top Dollar for fillers etc, I would be most pissed off…

Kate is moderately attractive (the thinness helps with clothes) and we’ll maintained but fairly ordinary.

How is the fact some posters don’t have lines themselves in the slightest bit relevant?!
