Despite how thin Kate is, her face is lovely and pumped up. I want the name of her doctor! Great work re the fillers.

It kind of disproves the choosing between youthful face or skinny body when you get to 40.
Shame, because I've been using that as justification for a chip butty.

Favourodds · 22/03/2022 23:26

@murmuratingstarling How's it a dig? I would be pretty confident that those of us who are certain she's had work, are certain based on personal experience (and also having eyes). I love a well Botoxed forehead.

It's delusional to think her face isn't packed full of injectables.

AbsentmindedWoman · 22/03/2022 23:28

Can someone post a before and after of the cosmetic work? And explain how they know?

I can never tell when anyone has anything done!

I'd say she looks older than her age. And the creepy plastic surgery, botox, fillers that everyone is getting on social media looks bloody awful.

Delatron · 22/03/2022 23:31

This is from when she was 37 it’s just amazing how she has naturally aged backwards in 5 years..

No digs here. She looks great and it’s wonderful people think her work looks so natural that they can’t see any evidence of it.

Kate Middleton's amazing face!
Annette32123 · 22/03/2022 23:35

She looks like her mother. She is also thin.

Genetics and discipline.

People can be such green eyed little monsters.

RobertSmithsLipstick · 22/03/2022 23:35

I find her to be average looking.
I see far prettier people every day when I'm out and about.
I'm never popular for saying it, but I am just amazed that people think she is stunning.

GiraffesInScarfs · 22/03/2022 23:35

😬😬😬😬

It looks awful.

There is a before and after picture posted by a pp @absentmindedwoman. I

LemonJuiceFromConcentrate · 22/03/2022 23:37

@Blue4YOU ah thanks, that’s interesting! I can see the clear/grey bit, but I still haven’t spotted the side-of-smile glint.

Anyway, it looks super subtle and things have obviously moved on since one of my classmates had “clear” train track braces in the nineties, which were somehow almost more noticeable than my standard ones.

Jellybellyfun88 · 22/03/2022 23:38

MurmuratingStarling jeez chill out. I like her look! Not jealous in a bad way at all Confused

@AbsentmindedWoman Her forehead is so smooth, you could bounce a penny off it. No crow's feet. Just not much movement in her upper face even though she's making big expressions. Also, she did have lines which she doesn't now.

I sound like such a Kate stan, I'm massively indifferent to her, I just think people should know that everyone famous has work (Can we do JLo next?!)

Blue4YOU · 22/03/2022 23:39

Favourodds posted the before and after…

Thank you, I found it!

I think she looks nice. I'm no royalist, but I do find it fascinating how eagle eyed posters are that they can see all the work.

Sometimes can the difference in a 'good' picture and a 'bad' one not be more to do with an unfortunate photograph? I mean, in photos sometimes I look vaguely passable, and in others not so much Grin like on candid snaps on a night out - sometimes you can see the lines, others not?

Are paparazzi shots not going to be a mix of flattering and less so?

Thank you that's really interesting!

Ooh would like to hear what JLo has done, I'm way more invested in her than dear old Kate Grin

AnnesBrokenSlate · 22/03/2022 23:46

@NoSauce

How do you know what KM has had done OP?
She doesn't. It's just another way to 'criticise' a woman in the public eye whilst pretending you're being complimentary. Maybe, at some point, MN will ask why there's always a slew of 'Royal' threads on the same days and at the same time in the evening. It's most curious Hmm
Kipperandarthur · 22/03/2022 23:46

I think she’s looking rather fabulous, though she does look a bit thin.

Thought she looked marvellous in the yellow dress.

Jellybellyfun88 · 22/03/2022 23:48

AnnesBrokenSlate nosauce
I know because I’ve had similar work done Grin Wink

I can't tell either

But ten years ago, working crazy hours and with other stresses in my life, I had a grey tinge to my skin and looked a lot older than I do now. However mad it may seem, it was true. I also didn't take anything to help with sleep.

Now I sleep better, thanks to meds, and work less, I look younger and don't have the grey tinge. The difference is huge.

I managed to be fat and have a haggard face back then! I also lost hair on account of stress, mostly from the crown of my head. It grew back.

Favourodds · 22/03/2022 23:53

Sometimes can the difference in a 'good' picture and a 'bad' one not be more to do with an unfortunate photograph?

For sure, I didn't pick a one of the comparisons from the available ones for that reason. She just looked a bit haggard. But a bad photo doesn't stop your eyes from moving! She's smiling to more or less the same degree and the movement around her eyes is gone (because Botox).

I don't know how to link from here but if you Google 'JLo botox' there's an article called something like 'why JLos Botox denial is a problem' and you can enjoy her forehead ageing in reverse too!

EmmaH2022 · 22/03/2022 23:53

I should add, I always think Kate looks lovely. I think some people want to hack apart anyone's looks.

Tigertigertigertiger · 22/03/2022 23:55

“What the fuck are you about? hmm

She hasn't GOT fillers.

Nice thin-shaming by the way.

What a nasty, sly underhand dig of a thread.

Vile. hmm”

Exactly this. You can’t Compare two photos taken on different days years apart as evidence.

You could take 2 photos of me at different times on the same day and I’d look good in one and terrible in the other. What a load of bollocks

Snoopsnoggysnog · 22/03/2022 23:56

I’m a big fan and I can’t understand why people think she’s just ok looking. I think she is gorgeous with a stunning smile.
I actually do think she looks older than her age but that’s partly because she is a Duchess and dresses accordingly. She carries it all extremely well.
I think she’s had some work done - so what - she still looks amazing. What a smile!

Tigertigertigertiger · 22/03/2022 23:56

As for “ I know cause I’ve had similar work done “

Catch yourself on, really

Favourodds · 22/03/2022 23:59

OK, well, if you lose movement in your face at some point in that day, be sure to seek medical help.

I don't get it. We're not negging her. I happily have Botox; I love my Botoxed face. I think she looks perfectly lovely, but she has work. There's no way round that.
