Indescribably awful.

I wonder if the world would function with well meaning people. Or do you always need someone with the steely/cunty edge who can decide who gets the heart transplant etc - not that there'd be any transplants with my skillset, although a world of clones would mean everyone is a match...I digress.

Parties would be awful. A room of people who didn't want to be there. Trying to out-funny each other when they did finally get pissed enough to talk. Music would be awesome though, and we'd be tucked up in bed by 11.

Would there be no men?

I know MN doesn't like them but we would need some!

I’m the village idiot so nope, the species would die within hours to be fair! I can cook, but not great at foraging, can’t do diy and I’m not creative so can’t make clothes! If my clones didn’t die by doing something stupid like walking up steps we’re bound to die through lack of food, shelter and cold due to lack of clothing!

I am a liability as one person , more than one isn’t worth thinking about!

I’d somehow manage to make a bigger fuck up of the planet than is already happening right now

The world would be incredibly messy and full of people asking "did I already tell you this?"
With the reply being "I can't remember"
Then half way through re-hearing the story again "oh, yes! You did!"

No conversation would ever be finished and would veer off on hundreds of tangents.

Sounds perfect! Kitchens would have to be bigger as we’d all be in there for most of it.

I reckon some of my clones could run a power station if we had the instruction manuals. We'd manage food production too, we like gardening and keeping hens and we'd definitely get beehives.
I don't know what we'd do for clothes though. All of us would refuse to even sew on a button, we'd lose the will to live if we had to knit and use sewing machines.

Cheerful, sorting put problems. Healthy. No need for all sorts of government services. So country would be very wealthy.

But, nothing would get fixed. And less humour.

There would be a shortage of dogs and the travel industry would be booming.

We would all be doomed! Everywhere would be untidy and we would chatter all day long about Pallas cats (wild cats, my new obsession)! Christ, I would even bore myself!!!!

Oh dear, all that unchecked anxiety and self hatred wandering about. Doesn’t bear thinking of.

Oh dear it would be an unmitigating disaster, there would be no cooking healthy food, not enough G&T or coffee but it would be quiet I don't like noise

You see, I never even gave a thought about how the internet would be powered or electricity and gas etc etc. No idea so a load of clones of me are a hopeless idea. We would be cold and hungry but would be able to chat unless miserable!!

We'd eat well. But we'd make no other progress.

I'm a solitary, self sufficient sort of person. If you're looking for someone to sit in a group singing Kumbaya, count me out

I often wonder how world would be if I were the median person on all scales, on whatever is current distribution of all traits (normal? Skewed?)

People would be very diffident, a bit lazy, technology would progress very slowly. The world would be hugely less polluted, a lot fewer species would be extinct, and everything a lot less clean... a lot more 'preventable deaths' would happen (am laid back about risk).
