Quiet night tonight. I was meant to be going out with a friend for brunch tomorrow but she's ill unfortunately. DH is taking DD to drama club tomorrow morning. I might go to the gym. Family bike ride in the afternoon if the wind drops!

A whole lot of nothing!
Saving money as I'm treating myself to a couple of nights away at the beginning of March.

SartresSoul · 18/02/2022 16:58

Art gallery and lunch out just with DH tomorrow, my Mum asked to have the DC for a sleepover so yay. Sunday taking the DC to a museum when we collect them. Useless weather all weekend again so not as much exercise as I would like.

TheFairyCaravan · 18/02/2022 17:00

We’re going to buy a sofa for our new house tomorrow. DH is really excited about it, not!

I ordered some boxes which were supposed to come today but they haven’t so on Sunday I’m going to sort out some cupboards and drawers.

Invasionofthegutsnatchers · 18/02/2022 17:13

Ooh I love sofa shopping 🛍

I was planning on having a drink at the cancelled brunch so I'm having one tonight instead. DH is cooking dinner. Good times

I’m going to the float room tomorrow
An hour floating in the dark
Bliss

ProperVexed · 18/02/2022 17:18

I'm going to brave it out tomorrow morning at 0600 to see if the tawny owls I'm watching have survived the storm.
Then I'm wallpaper stripping!

Chishnfips · 18/02/2022 17:19

Hairdressers in the morning whilst dh goes food shopping then back home to catch up on some admin and coursework for college. I'm hoping there's a break in the rain/wind for a walk on Sunday. I haven't been out for weeks.

over2021 · 18/02/2022 17:27

Resting. I have a chest infection so bed and crap tv is prescribed

HeyMicky · 18/02/2022 17:33

Half term so no activities for DDs! 🎉

Spin class and dog walk tomorrow morning; taking DDs and some friends roller skating in the afternoon. Sunday I'm doing some batch cooking for the new half term and then roller derby training in the afternoon.

MrsDThomas · 18/02/2022 18:22

Turning 40!

Pinchofnom · 18/02/2022 18:27

Gymnastics with my youngest and then a boogie soft play that serves seriously good brunch. Chilled afternoon at home baking and then we’re having some friends over for dinner and drinks.

Sunday (weather permitting) we’ll take the DC for a hike and then Sunday lunch

MrsBerthaRochester · 18/02/2022 18:46

Depends on weather as snow forecast. If not to bad might have a mooch round shopping centre. Will probably buy more red wine even though drank fo much of it last night.

Mitsouko67 · 18/02/2022 18:50

A nice quiet weekend planned.
Night in tonite.
DS to music class tomorrow.
Coffee with a friend while class is in progress.
Cooking a nice dinner for friend coming over Sat nite.
Brunch on Sunday with DSD and her partner.

Would be nice to get out walking but weather and forecast bad.

Bearsbearsbears40 · 18/02/2022 18:57

A quick drink at our village pub tonight, we’ve braved the weather to walk down (it’s actually not bad here now). Work has been so manic this week so it’s nice to relax a bit. I am working in the morning (sigh) but we’re off out for lunch tomorrow as well as a trip to Waterstones, so something to look forward to. Sunday is family stuff ahead of a family funeral next week.

ZZTopGuitarSolo · 18/02/2022 19:15

Seeing Billie Eilish in Boston.

CurryLover55 · 18/02/2022 19:20

Not working tomorrow which is great as I used to do every Saturday & missed out on loads of stuff. Dropping DD13 at a free embroidery workshop then going to a farmers market. Probably seeing DF & DM in the afternoon as I haven’t seen them for a while. Asda pizzas for tea. Working Sunday so having chippy tea. Looking forward to the finale of Call the Midwife - hope it’s not too sad! I cry pretty much every week anyway 😥

WutheringHeights66 · 18/02/2022 19:26

Tesco has 25% off six bottles of wine, so I’m really not bothered to do anything.

Silkierabbit · 18/02/2022 19:28

Today Scottish breakfast at hotel drive through snowy hills to hotel by Edinburgh zoo, go to zoo then been swimming then meal tonight. Tomorrow another Scottish breakfast possibly swimming on to Lake District hotel and Beatrix potter cottage, sunday breakfast and back home.

Travis1 · 18/02/2022 19:45

Not a lot tonight. Gym in the morning. DH should be going to football tomorrow if the pitch inspection is passed in the morning and I’ll go get his birthday stuff whilst he’s away. Night in tomorrow night. Chilled out Sunday with dinner at six by Nico for their fairytale menu.

namechangeanonymous · 18/02/2022 19:49

Blanket book ... check.
That'll be me until Monday morning I think :-) weather is awful where I am and besides I could do with having a really cheap one.

CorpusCallosum · 18/02/2022 19:52

I have my fingers crossed I'll be giving birth. 38 weeks and soooooo fed up of having a beach ball strapped to my front 🤰🏻

FrenchyQ · 18/02/2022 20:00

Going to the farm shop and market tomorrow morning.Going to make a cake and a couple of meals to take round to my friend's house, her husband died this morning and I know she's not been eating properly since he'd been ill.
Sunday will go to the launderette as our washing is broken (no engineer visit til 4th of march) and then son is having his second covid jab in the afternoon.

DrunkenKoala · 18/02/2022 21:00

Waiting to hear about DS’s football training if it’s going ahead or not. DD and I may go for a walk around the park (hoping all the trees are still standing) we’ll see what the weather is like in the morning.
In the afternoon DP and DS are off to watch the football and DD and I are going to the panto (local youth theatre group).
On Sunday morning I’m going for a swim. Then need to sort the house out (it’s got a bit trashed over half term) and get ready for going back to school next week.

NewYearCalavicci · 18/02/2022 21:08
