Quiet night tonight. I was meant to be going out with a friend for brunch tomorrow but she's ill unfortunately. DH is taking DD to drama club tomorrow morning. I might go to the gym. Family bike ride in the afternoon if the wind drops!

DD ballet lesson early tomorrow, then afternoon we are all going round to a friends house. Sunday morning taking DD and baby to church, then a mum friend coming round for a play date in the afternoon. Gearing up for half term when I’ll have a 8 week old baby and a 4 year old to entertain for a week 😩😩

Ski-ing. Last day of holiday tomorrow.

MadisonAvenue · 18/02/2022 21:16

Nothing much apart from a haircut tomorrow, I had to cancel my original appointment due to testing positive so it’s much needed although I’m quite liking it at the length it’s grown to.

OnaBegonia · 18/02/2022 21:40

Working tomorrow, then cinema
to see Death on the Nile.

Not a lot! Quite looking forward to doing diddly squat, we had a busy weekend last week with family visiting etc

vodkaredbullgirl · 18/02/2022 21:58

Clearing the garden after the gales left it a mess.

CurryLover55 · 18/02/2022 21:59

Silkierabbit your weekend sounds wonderful! And that’s a lovely username. I have bunnies 🐇

badlydrawnbear · 18/02/2022 22:08

It depends. We should be in London now but obviously couldn’t get there this afternoon. I will be getting up extremely early to see if the 7.15 train is running. If so, I will drag DC out of bed to get on that, hope they are accepting today’s tickets as the website says they should, get to London in time for our 10.15 ticket at the natural history museum and spend the day there, see where else we end up when we have finished there, have dinner and go to the hotel. If the train isn’t running, I dig deep to find the strength to convince DC this is ok and we will still have a good time doing I have no idea what at home and go to the supermarket because we have no food in while trying not to crumple in despair.

Silkierabbit · 18/02/2022 22:15

Thanks Currylover Its been lovely and nice distraction from my breast cancer treatment. Bunnies are lovely. We have bunnies and silkie chickens hence the user name and a 17 year old cat, currently all living indoors as cat has always been petrified of outside, too cold and wet for silkies to be out atm and indoor rabbits so like Beatrix potters cottage at home.

gingerhills · 18/02/2022 22:15

Not much, Was supposed to be going to the theatre tonight and a gig tomorrow night but DH is still testing positive and feeling ill, so both cancelled, and I'm still too feeble post-Covid to go back to fitness classes or go running. So it's just cuddle the cat, read books, short walk and cooking I guess. Might drag a friend out for a coffee at a local cafe.

Silkierabbit · 18/02/2022 22:17

Flowers Badlydrawnbear Hope you can get to London in the morning.

Natsku · 19/02/2022 10:08

Stuck at home because I have covid so nothing exciting. Putting out another bird feeder to see if it brings any different birds and need to refill the squirrel feeder DD made at school (it was supposed to be a bird feeder but its definitely a squirrel feeder!).

I'll spend most of the day on the sofa feeling sorry for myself watching telly with DD while DS runs around pretending to be Super Mario. OH is mostly in the basement as he hasn't got ill yet and fingers crossed he can still avoid it.

GiantHaystacks2021 · 19/02/2022 10:39

Avoided having to attend a party that I was invited to, really didn't want to go but couldn't come up with a credible excuse.
I'm identified as a covid close contact, so now I can't go.
I don't have covid though, thank god.
Delighted with myself.
